  1. Excellent stuff guys! Gary is an absolute goldmine of useful information. I really enjoyed this podcast. I tend to agree with the views on G.B. hypnosis although I still offer it as an option. I have found that the most important thing is to deal with motivation and to collaborate on a workable strategy for healthy eating and activity and then most people decide they don’t need the band. For me that is a sign that they are feeling empowered and on track. I used to do a lot of regression to cause too but have found that keeping things positive and empowering works better. I’m really looking forward to hearing the interview with Roy Hunter. It should be interesting.
Thanks Adam for making these audios. I’m finding them very useful and thought provoking.

Thank you for your comments Patrick. I concur that hypnosis be part of a more comprehensive treatment plan including numerous other facets of assistance that cover areas beyond the sphere of professional competence offered by hypnotherapists.

I absolutely see no place at all for ‘regressing to cause’ with weight reduction and have been a fairly vocal regression skeptic due to the numerous evidence based stances that refute it’s ethical uses. I think everyone will therefore enjoy next week’s edition with one of the world’s best known proponents of regression hypnosis, Roy Hunter.

I am delighted that you are enjoying the podcast, I hope it continues 🙂

My best wishes to you, Adam.
